Vi vil fungere sømløst som din co-administrerte IT-partner. Du vil opprettholde kontrollen, og vi vil ta oss av kapasitetstopper (overflow), arbeid utenfor ordinær arbeidstid, spesialiserte oppgaver (sky og sikkerhet), eller Nivå 1 & 2 helpdesk-support. Kommunikasjon er tilgjengelig via Slack eller Teams, med muligheten til å benytte et felles saksbehandlingssystem (ticketing system).
